WIMAG is the innovative pioneer when it comes to construction equipment and lifting gear.
WIMAG has been developing and producing high-quality construction equipment and lifting gear for over 200 years. Our customers all over the world rely on our series products or use our individual customised products. The foundation stone for today's company was laid back in 1816 when Matthäus Gressbach settled in Eisenbach and founded a forge.
This was followed by over 200 years of development and production of construction equipment and lifting gear. Even today, the fate of the company from Obernburg is still managed by the founding Greßbach family. No matter whether proven series products or individual custom-made products: Progressive thinking, creativity and well thought-out products have made WIMAG a byword for quality in industry and construction worldwide.
Production
WIMAG is a modern manufacturing company. All areas are interconnected in the EDP network: From development, design and production control, all trades work hand in hand.
In addition to high quality - we are certified according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and follow the quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001 - easy handling is an important criterion for all WIMAG products. Our construction equipment in particular must be easy to operate by anyone and absolutely safe, even under adverse conditions. We have a certificate according to DIN EN 1090-1 and a welding certificate according to DIN EN 1090-2 for the execution class up to EXC3.
Service
We attach particular importance to the qualifications of our employees. Continuous trainings underlines this endeavour. Our customer service does not end with the delivery of your new WIMAG device.
We remain in constant contact: we supply spare parts, inform you about new developments and are always available with help and advice. And if there's ever a problem, our management will of course take care of you.
Company history
The foundation stone for today's company was laid as early as 1816, when Matthäus Gressbach founded a forge in Eisenbach. 200 years of development and production of WIMAG construction equipment and lifting gear: we have dedicated a separate chapter to the extraordinary history of our family business.
